• Please be aware that there are around 300 steps as you move throughout foyers and spaces. While there are railings and a number of rests throughout the tour when the guide shares the stories, you will not have the opportunity to sit for any long period of time during the 1 hour tour and you may cover up to 2.5km (1.5 miles) as you tour through the various concert halls and other areas of the Opera House. There is a specialised Mobility Access tour available (subject to availability) at 11.30am each day for those people who are unable to do the regular tour. If you choose the 11.30am Access tour, your Opera House and Animals tour will start at 7.30am.
