• Late arrival: if you don’t check in on time, you may miss the tour and no refunds will be issued. Please arrive at your confirmed meeting point 5 minutes early.
• Australian Animal Experience: admission varies between Featherdale and Sydney Zoo. Please advise your preferred option at least 24 hours prior to travel date. Late requests cannot be accommodated.
