Privacy contact: hola@familycitylife.com.

2. Data we may process

We may process technical browsing data such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, date and time, language, cookie identifiers and approximate usage data. If you contact us, we also process the information included in your message.

Requests made through internal tools or GPTs connected to Family City Life may include city names, activity codes, campaign identifiers and editorial content. We do not request special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide and maintain the website, keep it secure and remember technical preferences: legitimate interests and performance of the requested service.
  • Respond to communications and requests: steps requested by the user and legitimate interests.
  • Measure website use through Google Analytics: consent.
  • Display and measure advertising through Google AdSense: consent.
  • Manage links and activity bookings offered by Viator: performance of the requested service and commercial legitimate interests.

4. Recipients and providers

We may use technology providers acting as processors or independent controllers, including Vercel for hosting and delivery, Supabase for database infrastructure, Google for Analytics and AdSense, Viator for activity catalogue and bookings, and OpenStreetMap for maps. Each provider processes data under its own terms and, where applicable, data protection agreements.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, safeguards required by law will be used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary for each purpose. Technical and security logs are kept for limited periods; communications while needed to address them and meet obligations; and consent preferences for up to 24 months or until you change them. External provider retention periods may vary under their policies.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may exercise these rights by emailing the address above and verifying your identity where necessary.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Children

The website provides information for families but is not designed for children to submit personal data directly. If we discover information submitted by a child without authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be available on this page.
