Begin your experience with a "behind the scenes" tour of Sirromet's state of the art winery facility and private wine tasting of 6 of our Granite Bely premium wines, before relaxing on the deck of the Tuscan Terrace for the ultimate Italian food and wine discovery. Enjoy a 3 course Tuscan inspired menu expertly matched with Italian emerging varietal wines, while taking in the breathtaking view out to Moreton Bay.
