What to expect

This experience immerses you in the living heritage of Ashnak’s Sassoun community. Learn to make klulik, a traditional dish from Sasun, Western Armenia, guided by local women, while village children perform ancestral dances. More than a cooking class, it’s a cultural journey that supports rural tourism and keeps Armenia’s traditions alive.

  • Food: You’ll enjoy cheeses, breads, and salads in addition to the klulik you will prepare with your hosts. Drinks: Water and fruit juice come standard with this experience.
