• Tours begin strictly on time. As a courtesy, we kindly request your presence at our facilities 15 minutes prior to departure. It is the responsibility of each passenger to take the necessary precautions to arrive on time. Traffic in B.A is heavy, take precautions to unforeseen delays. In case of non-arrival and missing the tour, there will be no reschedulling or money refunds

In case of severe weather conditions or thunderstorms that represent a risk to passenger safety; *Before the tour begins: The tour will be suspended, and rescheduling will be offered, subject to company availability. No money will be refunded. *If the tour has already begun and must be interrupted due to a sudden deterioration in weather, there will be no refunds or rescheduling.
